The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Note on the responsible body
The data controller for this website is:

Telephone: 0225520562
E-mail: info@eoswiss.ch
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted after these reasons no longer apply.
General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website
Provided that you have consented to the processing of your data, we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, where special categories of data as defined in Article 9(1) of the GDPR are processed. In the event of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), data processing is also carried out on the basis of Section 25(1) of the TDDDG. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR. Data processing may also take place on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Information on the relevant legal bases in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Note on the transfer of data to third countries that do not offer adequate levels of data protection, and the transfer of data to US companies that are not DPF-certified
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in third countries that do not offer an adequate level of data protection, as well as US tools whose providers are not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these countries and processed there. Please note that in third countries that do not offer an adequate level of data protection, a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be guaranteed.
We would like to point out that, as a safe third country, the USA generally maintains a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. Data transfers to the US are therefore permitted if the recipient holds certification under the „EU-US Data Privacy Framework“ (DPF) or has appropriate additional safeguards in place. Information on transfers to third countries, including the recipients of the data, can be found in this privacy policy.
Recipients of personal data
As part of our business activities, we collaborate with various external organisations. In some cases, this requires the transfer of personal data to these external organisations. We only disclose personal data to external organisations where this is necessary for the performance of a contract, where we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. the transfer of data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the transfer pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, or if another legal basis permits the transfer of data. When using data processors, we only disclose our customers’ personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to the collection of data in specific cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 ABS. 1 LIT. E OR F DSGVO, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE PURPOSE OF ASSERTING, EXERCISING OR DEFENDING LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ARTICLE 21(1) OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS CONNECTED WITH SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 PARA. 2 DSGVO).
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects shall have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged breach. The right of appeal is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Access, rectification and erasure
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do this, you can contact us at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data happened/is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may - apart from being stored - only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Encrypted payments on this website
If, following the conclusion of a contract subject to a fee, you are required to provide us with your payment details (e.g. your account number for a direct debit authorisation), these details are required for payment processing.
Payments made using standard payment methods (Visa/MasterCard, direct debit) are processed exclusively via an encrypted SSL or TLS connection. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address bar changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
With encrypted communication, the payment details you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to promotional emails
We hereby object to the use of contact details published in accordance with the legal requirement to provide an imprint for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising material being sent, for example via spam emails.

Cookies
Our website uses what are known as „cookies“. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser deletes them automatically.
Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable certain third-party services to be integrated into websites (e.g. cookies used to process payment services).
Cookies serve various purposes. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping basket function or the display of videos). Other cookies may be used to analyse user behaviour or for advertising purposes.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process, to provide specific functions you have requested (e.g. the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies used to measure website traffic) are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure the technically fault-free and optimised provision of its services. Where consent has been sought for the storage of cookies and similar recognition technologies, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TDDDG); consent may be withdrawn at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
You can find out which cookies and services are used on this website in this privacy policy.

The provider of this technology is devowl.io GmbH, Tannet 12, 94539 Grafling (hereinafter "Real Cookie Banner").
Real Cookie Banner is installed locally on our servers, so that no connection is established to the servers of the provider of Real Cookie Banner. Real Cookie Banner stores a cookie in your browser in order to be able to allocate the consents granted to you or their revocation. The data collected in this way is stored until you request us to delete it, delete the Real Cookie Banner cookie yourself or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal storage obligations remain unaffected.
Real Cookie Banner is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Request by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Clicking on the button constitutes consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TDDDG. This consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of these social networks, an information window will appear when using the social media features of Facebook, X and others, in which the user can confirm the text before submitting it.
Our users can share the content of this site on social media in a way that complies with data protection regulations, without the network operators creating comprehensive browsing profiles.
