Exchange and Return Policy at Aplieplus
Here at Aplieplus, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your products, we offer you the option to exchange or return them, subject to certain conditions.
Exchange policy:
- Deadline: Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure you do so within this period.
- Condition of the goods: Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. We ask that you handle the products with care to ensure they are returned to us in perfect condition.
- Return delivery charges: Returns are at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Repeated exchanges: In the event of multiple exchanges, a fee of 10 CHF will be charged or deducted from the voucher from the second exchange onwards. We ask for your understanding that this is necessary to cover the costs involved.
- One-off return: Each order may only be exchanged once. Any further exchange requests or returns may incur an additional handling fee.
What can you expect? In the event of an exchange, you can either exchange the goods for another product or we will issue you with a voucher that you can use for future purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the purchase price.
Here’s how the exchange works:
- Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods. Please let us know which product you would like to exchange.
- Please pack the goods carefully in their original packaging and send them to the return address provided.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive either the product you requested or your voucher.
